L’Ovile was originally a small, enclosed pen for small farm animals to feed and bed down. Today L’Ovile is a lovely guest room with en suite bath with a nice view towards the Val d’Orcia and Pienza. This room provides a beautiful way for a solo traveler, a couple on a budget, or two friends traveling together to enjoy the Tuscan countryside without the expense of renting kitchen facilities.

Although there is no separate kitchen or living area, the room’s amenities include a small refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric moka coffeemaker, dinnerware for two, and basic cookware. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill and dine on the terrace or in the veranda.

L’Ovile has a roomy queen-sized bed that can be converted to two twin beds on request. The bathroom is small but very comfortable and has a built-in shower.
