Enjoy this fun group activity, where you will learn how to make our local hand made pasta in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. The class will be taught by Niccolò, Isabella’s son, who learned the art of making “Pici” from both his mother and his grandmother, carrying on the cherished family tradition. Afterwards, indulge in a buffet-style “antipasti”, followed by a delicious Tuscan dinner complemented by the delightful house wine from our farmhouse Cretaiole. During the meal, you will savor the “Pici” you’ve crafted, paired with two delicious sauces, a typical Tuscan main dish, and one of our favorite’s desserts… tiramisù!
